TERMS & CONDITIONS

Total amount payable includes package price, Indemnity Insurance $400/- and administration charges of 5% + tax 7% Book Online by clicking on the "Booking " button above the page. An invoice will be emailed to you for your prompt payment by bank transfer to secure booking, kindly make payment within 48 hours

Booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment

  • A compulsory refundable Indemnity Insurance ($400) is required upon booking. Full refund of security deposit within 5 working days in the event there are no damages or loss of items supplied by Cosmosine.
  • Customer will be held liable for compensation should there be any damage or loss caused intentionally or by gross negligence to the vehicle & properties of Cosmosine supplied.
  • Passengers are not to step on the couch. Pilot have the rights to immediately stop vehicle and music in the event of guests misbehaving.
  • Please specify to your customers/guests that lighting fixtures such as the LED and "LIGHT-POLE" are meant as artifact only. Please handle with care the "Light-Pole" as it is not a safety grab-bar and may cause injuries and damages.
  • Client must provide full itinerary of ride minimum 2 days before event for management approval.
  • An extension rate of $50 per 15 mins block will be charged should the customer exceed hours booked. Midnight charge (after 11:30PM) of $40 per hour applies.
  • Corkage fee of $60 for 1hr / $120 for 2 hrs / $200 for 3 hours or more is applicable for liquor brought on board by client/s in regardless of quantity.
  • Festive charges of additional 10-15% applies on public holidays and eves.
  • Cancellation of booking - at least 7 days prior to event date (refund 50% of the total package price only). No Refund for cancellation less than 7 days. Management reserves the rights to cancel any rides in the event if vehicle is broken down and will refund the customer full package price.
  • Management reserves the rights to reject entry of guests boarding the vehicle that may result in overcrowding in vehicle, causing nuisance on board or any conditions that the management deems inappropriate.
