TERMS & CONDITIONS Total amount payable includes package price, Indemnity Insurance $400/- and administration charges of 5% + tax 3% Book Online by clicking on the "Booking " button above the page. An invoice will be emailed to you for your prompt payment by bank transfer to secure booking, kindly make payment within 48 hours Booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment  A compulsory refundable Indemnity Insurance ($400) is required upon booking. Full refund of security deposit within 5 working days in the event there are no damages or loss of items supplied by Cosmosine. Customer will be held liable for compensation should there be any damage or loss caused intentionally or by gross negligence to the vehicle & properties of Cosmosine supplied. Please specify to your customers/guests that lighting fixtures such as the LED and "LIGHT-POLE" are meant as artifact only. Please handle with care the "Light-Pole" as it is not a safety grab-bar and may cause injuries and damages. An extension rate of an hour ($200) will be charged should the customer exceed 15 minutes of the stated Timing. Midnight charge (after 11:30PM) of $20 per hour applies.  Corkage fee of $120 for 1st & 2nd hour and $200 for 3 hours or more is applicable for liquor brought on board by client/s in regardless of quantity. Cosmosine reserves the right to use the pictures & video footage for advertising use its social media unless client/s purchase the copyright. Cancellation of booking - at least 7 days prior to event date (refund 50% of the total package price). No Refund for cancellation less than 7 days. All Error & Omission accepted
